Systems administration
We run Linux servers — from a single VPS to fleets. Patching, monitoring, backups, incident response.
Overview
We’ve been running Linux servers since 2003. We started out as employees managing systems, and later found each other here. Today, sysadmin work is our bread and butter.
Who it’s for
We work with companies that have their own servers or VPS that someone needs to keep up. A typical client has 5–50 machines running a mix of web, databases, internal applications. They usually don’t need a full sysadmin team — but they need someone to respond, keep a firm hand on the infrastructure, and work through their requirements with them.
What that means
- Monthly patching — security patches within 7 days of release.
- Monitoring — Zabbix.
- Backups — daily incremental, weekly full, monthly restore verification. Restic, Borg, Proxmox Backup.
- Incident response — on-call per agreed SLA.
- Monthly report — what happened, what changed, what we suggest next.
What we don’t do
We don’t do Windows. We don’t do Active Directory. We don’t do Office 365 admin. We’re Linux people and we’d like to stay where we’re good.

Process
Audit
We examine your current state — inventory, exposed services, patching, backups.
Stabilise
We deploy monitoring, automated backups, centralised logging. We unify configurations. We fix the most important findings from the audit.
Operate
Monthly retainer — patching, on-call to SLA, capacity planning. Monthly report of what happened.
FAQ
Do you also work on third-party cloud — AWS, Hetzner, OVH?
Yes. We can adapt to the client's requirements.
What's the minimum scope?
Monthly retainer is agreed based on the client's needs.
On-call outside business hours?
Yes, per SLA. Calls in the night and over weekends. Pricing depends on the agreed regime.
